Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Odessa, TX is seeking a Staff Accountant I to handle all phases of accounts payable, invoice verification, and payment processing. You will ensure accurate coding and approvals, maintaining backup files for audits and supporting daily bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate invoicing process for Accounts Payable including coding and processing.

• Reconcile internal GL accounts and bank accounts; assist with Titan Factoring.
• Monitor cash settlements, ACH, and daily postings; support audits.
• Provide communication to non-accounting departments and assist with special projects.
• Back-up daily GL reconciliations and escheatment tasks as needed.
