Job summary

A.P. Nonweiler Co., Inc. seeks a Junior Account Manager to support the Residential Flooring segment on-site. You will assist with quotes, follow-up, account coordination, and order processing while building product and process knowledge.

This developing sales role reports to the Sales Manager – Resi Flooring and focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and driving account growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, or related role preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, coatings, flooring, construction products, or B2B sales environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customer communication, account support, and sales coordination onsite.
• Assist with quotes, follow-up, and order processing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and participate in internal collaboration.
• Manage multiple priorities and coordinate with internal teams.
• Build knowledge of APN’s products, customers, systems, and sales processes.
