Job summary

AP Nonweiler Co. is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support the Residential Flooring segment. This onsite sales role reports to the Sales Manager – Resi Flooring and helps with customer communication, account support, sales coordination, order follow-up, and internal collaboration.

This position is designed as a developing sales role to build knowledge of APN’s products, customers, systems, and sales processes while cultivating strong customer relationships and contributing to account growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, business administration, or a related role preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, coatings, flooring, construction products, or a B2B sales environment is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and customer service skills.
