Job summary

LEI Corporation in Boylston, MA is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our Land & Snow Account Management team. As a full-time role, you will build and maintain client relationships, learn landscape and snow management, and deliver exceptional service to commercial properties across Massachusetts and surrounding region.

No prior landscaping or snow management experience is required; we value initiative, communication, and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits.
• Visit commercial properties to assess landscape and snow management needs.
• Assist in developing scopes of work, proposals, pricing, renewals, and responses to RFPs.
• Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements and additional services.
• Coordinate approved work with Operations teams to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Review completed work to ensure client expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and account information.
• Support snow planning, site logistics, and storm operations as needed.
• Contribute to business development by growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
• Progressively take ownership of your own portfolio of accounts as you develop in the role.
