Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Representatives with post-sale activities and act as primary contact for customer support.
• Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Track customer orders and renewal/contract follow-ups.
• Triaged customer issues and coordinate with internal teams for fast resolutions.
• Maintain CRM and case management records with accuracy.
