Job summary

Fortive's Landauer business, Fluke Health Solutions, is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support Sales Representatives and serve as the primary customer contact for post-sale support. You will help identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within assigned accounts and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining accurate records in CRM.

You will work closely with sales to understand account needs, track orders and renewals, and assist with onboarding materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years in sales, account management, or related roles; experience within healthcare or SaaS industries preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
