Who we are looking for:
- SaaS based sales experience
- Previous roles focused on new business gained through cold outreach
- Results, growth, and goal-oriented individual with a competitive hunter mindset
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in a fast-paced environment

What you’ll do:
We offer two tracks within our inside sales team, depending on your background:
Jr. Account Executive (1-2 years sales experience)
- 6-month ramp-up program designed to prepare you for the full AE role
- Hands-on training and mentorship with a gradual transition into a full quota-carrying position
- Has the responsibilities as a full AE, just with reduced expectations, while you get up to speed
Account Executive (2+ years in SaaS, outbound, hunter-focused sales)
- Jump right into full-cycle, AE quota carrying, inside sales after completing SpotHopper’s 5 week training
Both Roles
- Own the full cycle, from cold outreach to close
- Focus on bringing new business, selling to locally owned bars and restaurants using a consultative approach
- Reach out to restaurant owners to establish rapport as you start the sales process
- Collaborate with Business Development Representatives as they help build out your pipeline
- Hold virtual meetings to showcase our product, and eventually close the deals
- Work closely with our amazing Customer Success team as they handle the majority of the post sale work
- Hit quota and work through the built in progression path to achieve raises in base, commission structure, title changes, and opportunities to grow into management, leadership, and new roles
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Outbound prospecting to restaurant/bar owners across the country
- Running scheduled calls and product demos via Google Meets
- Managing a robust pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Hitting and exceeding monthly quotas and KPIs
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-sale
What we offer:
Compensation
-Once you move into the full Inside AE role, typically in 6 months or less, you get bumped to the Inside AE compensation structure
- Inside Account Executive year one $100-120k OTE (Base $60-80k)
- Many of our full Inside AEs are in the $150-$200k + range by year two
