Position: Junior Account Executive

Brand: Jessica Howard, Eliza J, Vince Camuto

Location: On-Site, 5 Days a Week — Midtown Manhattan, New York City (Fashion District)

Success Profile:

The Junior Account Executive will provide essential support in managing key wholesale accounts and driving growth initiatives. This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and the successful execution of sales strategies across major department store partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management

  • Support the day-to-day management of major department store accounts.
  • Coordinate and lead regular conference calls with buyers and account partners.
  • Collaborate with accounts to develop exclusive product offerings tailored to their customer base.
  • Proactively manage and track all shipping logistics related to assigned accounts.

Sales Strategy & Market Planning

  • Partner with the merchandising team to curate assortments and develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Assist in the development of seasonal booking strategies aimed at increasing sales volume.
  • Create and maintain seasonal booking reports to track performance and provide insights.

Order Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Maintain and manage all wholesale orders, including creating batch sheets and reviewing for accuracy.
  • Address issues such as order cancellations or oversold items by identifying revenue replacement opportunities.
  • Enter and monitor orders in internal systems, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Communicate account-specific product needs to Design and Merchandising teams via seasonal product wish lists.

Sales Analysis

  • Regularly review and analyze sales data, including classification performance and market share.
  • Identify growth opportunities and address areas of underperformance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in wholesale account management or a similar sales support role
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with attention to detail

The pay range for this position is: $65,000 per year - $75,000 per year.
