The Role

We seek a Inside Sales Account Executive to join our remote American team. Your main goal will be managing inbound inquiries from prospective clients across America and converting them into paying customers using various sales techniques.

Note: We can only hire in Illinois, New York, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas.

What You Will Do

  1. Manage inbound requests (calls, emails, demos, meetings) from potential customers in your territory.
  2. Assist customers in solving complex problems using Ideals’ tools and techniques.
  3. Achieve high Lead-to-Deal conversion rates while maintaining compliance.
  4. Present products through online and offline demonstrations.
  5. Share market insights to improve sales strategies.
  6. Provide an excellent buying experience.
  7. Nurture and reactivate previous leads and lost deals to convert them into customers.

What You Bring

  1. At least 1 year of full sales cycle closing experience in SaaS/tech environments.
  2. Experience selling financial products or services is a plus.
  3. Strong communication skills.
  4. Self-motivated with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  5. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  6. Quick learner of new information (products, business, customer needs).
  7. Strong problem-solving and objection handling skills.
  8. Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and meetings.

Nice to Have

  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
