Job description

Job Description: Complete Care is seeking a Medical Recruiter in Maitland, Florida. This individual is responsible for recruiting various corporate roles for Complete Care, including but not limited to positions in Injury Care and Rehab, Spine and Orthopedics, and Diagnostic Imaging. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources, interfaces with senior executives, and will be highly consultative in advising, partnering, and managing this level of clients. Additionally, the recruiter will oversee other recruiters within the company, ensuring the success of the department and future company growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruiting and sourcing candidates
  2. Effectively managing the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, making offers, and onboarding
  3. Posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and preparing offers and onboarding
  4. Collaborating and sharing talent with the HR team
  5. Proactively researching, developing, and managing candidate generation strategies and employment branding through innovative marketing, social media, community, and university involvement
  6. Interviewing and presenting top talent to hiring managers
  7. Consulting and collaborating with hiring managers to determine hiring needs
  8. Creating and maintaining a proactive staffing strategy using knowledge of local markets to meet staffing goals, providing excellent client service and delivery
  9. Coaching, training, and supporting all people leaders responsible for hiring, emphasizing processes and best practices, including behavioral interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation
  10. Building relationships with department managers to create trust and understand their departments, team dynamics, and goals
  11. Administrative tasks: Sending interview evaluation forms to involved individuals and uploading these forms to employee files
  12. Ensuring job requisitions, applicant tracking, and reporting are properly implemented and utilized

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience

  • Ability to work independently with high autonomy

  • Ability to complete tasks with a sense of urgency
