Job Title: Remote Recruiter – AEC Industry (100% Commission)
Company: Luxus+
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based
Year 1 Target Income: $50,000 – $75,000
Year 2 Target Income: $80,000 – $120,000+
Account Manager Promotion Track: $100,000 – $200,000+

??? Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Recruiter at Luxus+, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle. You’ll operate like a talent consultant — not a resume pusher. Responsibilities include:
?? Candidate Sourcing & OutreachUse platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and our internal ATS to find qualified candidates.
Craft personalized outreach messages and cold calls to engage passive talent.
Develop targeted Boolean search strategies and market maps within your assigned niche.
Conduct screening interviews to assess experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
Educate candidates on client opportunities and help guide them through the hiring process.
Manage interview scheduling, feedback loops, and offer negotiations.
Develop expertise in your vertical (e.g., mechanical engineering, architecture, construction management).
Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client goals and hiring needs.
Prepare candidate submittals and profiles that demonstrate alignment with client requirements.
Maintain consistent daily outreach activity (calls, messages, interviews).
Use CRM and ATS systems to manage pipelines and report on performance.
Work within a structured process that gives you autonomy and measurable results.
?? Growth Path: Recruiter → Account Manager
Recruiters who demonstrate consistent performance, strong communication, and leadership potential will be eligible for promotion to Account Manager within 12–24 months. This role expands your responsibilities to include:
Direct client relationship ownership
Job intake meetings and strategic hiring consultation
Negotiating terms of business
Leading delivery teams and managing multiple open roles
Account Manager income range: $100,000 – $200,000+
