Job Description
Complete Care is seeking a Medical Recruiter in Maitland, Florida. This individual is responsible for recruiting various corporate roles for Complete Care, including positions in Injury Care and Rehab, Spine and Orthopedics, and Diagnostic Imaging. The position reports to the Director of Human Resources, interfaces with senior executives, and is highly consultative in advising, partnering, and managing clients. Additionally, the recruiter will oversee other recruiters within the company to ensure departmental success and future growth.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and source candidates.
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
- Post jobs, schedule interviews, and prepare offers and onboarding materials.
- Collaborate and share talent with the HR team.
- Develop and manage candidate generation strategies and employment branding through innovative marketing, social media, community, and university involvement.
- Interview and present top talent to hiring managers.
- Consult and collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
- Create and maintain a proactive staffing strategy based on local market knowledge to meet staffing goals.
- Coach, train, and support all people leaders responsible for hiring, focusing on processes and best practices such as behavioral interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Build relationships with department managers to understand their teams and goals.
- Perform administrative tasks such as sending interview evaluation forms and uploading them to employee files.
- Ensure effective utilization of job requisitions, applicant tracking, and reporting systems.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience.
- Extroverted and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy.
- Comfortable with public speaking.
- Strong time management skills.
- Complete tasks with a sense of urgency.
