Are you a Registered Dietitian with a passion for people, a sharp eye for talent, and a desire to help others find their place in the nutrition field? Nutritious Lifestyles is hiring a Registered Dietitian Recruiter who is not only confident and self-motivated but also passionate about finding win-win solutions—whether that means helping professionals join our team or guiding them to the role that fits them best.

This is an hourly, remote position with standard shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (ET). Flexibility is essential—occasional work beyond these hours and rotating weekend coverage may be required based on recruitment needs. This is a full-time role capped at 40 hours per week.

You’ll be expected to stay sharp, act quickly, and bring fresh ideas to the table—all while staying closely connected to leadership to ensure strong outcomes.

Responsibilities Include:

• Interview candidates for RD, NDTR, and CDM roles through Zoom
• Use applicant tracking systems efficiently and accurately
• Coordinate interviews and manage communications in a fast-paced environment
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines (candidates, Dietetic Internship Directors, DPD Directors, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Team, Scheduling Coordinator, and CEO
• Contribute to social media outreach and recruiting campaigns
• Think creatively to solve challenges and continuously improve processes

Required Skills & Experience:

• Registered Dietitian (required – non-RDs will not be considered)
• Previous experience in sales, client development, or business development—especially in roles where you sourced your own leads or clients
• Corporate or agency recruiting experience is highly preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities under pressure
• Proven ability to work within a structured system and meet performance expectations
• Familiarity with the pathways to RDN, LDN, NDTR, and CDM credentials is a plus
• Available for occasional travel to trade shows
