Job summary

Generator Supercenter of Tampa Bay is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Note: LEADS ARE PROVIDED, NO COLD CALLING

You will run appointments, visit customer locations, analyze needs, and put together detailed proposals. Negotiate and close the sale, process orders, and support staff with required documentation. Outside reps report to HQ; after 90 days, a vehicle and fuel card may be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated and target driven.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Relationship management and openness to feedback.
• Valid TDL/Driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Running appointments with customers based on incoming leads.
• Visiting customer locations, analyzing needs, and creating proposals.
• Negotiate and close the sale.
• Process orders and provide documentation to office staff.
• Spend time managing displays at big box stores and taking leads.
• Follow up on older leads as tracked in the system.
• Maintain positive business relationships for future sales.
• Meet sales targets within schedule.
• Outside Reps report into HQ as needed.
• After 90 days probation, vehicle + fuel card may be provided.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Running appointments with customers based on incoming leads.
• Visiting customer locations, analyzing customer needs, and putting a detailed proposal together.
• Negotiate and close the sale.
• Process order and provide office staff with all required documentation.
• Spend a certain amount of time managing displays at the big box stores and taking leads if needed.
• Following up on older leads as tracked within the company system.
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Outside Sales Reps are required to report into HQ throughout the week as needed.
• After the 90 days probationary period, will consider providing vehicle + fuel card.

Requirements

• Must have Valid TDL, Good Driving Record, Pass a Background Check and Reliable Transportation.
