Generator Supercenter is seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Outside Sales Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or career starters to build a successful sales career.

You'll connect with homeowners, build relationships, and introduce customers to backup power solutions. No extensive sales experience is required; we provide training, mentorship, and the tools needed to succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to receive feedback and grow.
• Tech-savvy with Apple/iOS products (iPhones & iPads) preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Run appointments with customers based on incoming leads.
• Visit customer locations, analyze needs, and build detailed proposals.
• Negotiate and close sales.
• Process orders and submit complete documentation to office staff.
• Spend time managing displays at big box stores and capture leads.
• Follow up on older leads within the company CRM.
• Maintain positive business relationships to drive future sales.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes on schedule.
• Report to the office and make outbound calls to set appointments.

Compensation: $40,000.00 per year
