Job summary

Goettl in Phoenix seeks an HVAC Install Coordinator to own the space between sale and finished job, ensuring customers know what’s happening, permits are pulled, and each install closes correctly in ServiceTitan.

You’ll coordinate installations from point of sale through final completion, communicate with customers at every stage, schedule with precision, manage permits and inspections, and perform post-install calls to ensure a happy result.

We need an HVAC Install Coordinator in Phoenix who can own the space between the sale and the finished job. That means every customer knows what's happening, every permit is pulled, every install is closed out correctly in ServiceTitan, and every job ends with a happy customer on the other end of a phone call.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate HVAC installations from point of sale through final completion
• Communicate with customers at every stage of their installation
• Schedule all jobs with complete accuracy — no gaps, no surprises
• Manage the permit and inspection process on every job
• Perform post-installation Happy Calls on all completed installations
• Ensure 100% of jobs are properly closed out in ServiceTitan
• Collect payment on 100% of installation jobs
• Serve as the link between customers and installation crews

Preferred:

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software
• Prior coordination or scheduling experience in a home services environment
