Job summary

Blue Collar Services in Marmora, NJ is seeking a highly organized Sales & Installation Coordinator (Administrative) to bridge the Sales and Installation teams. This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with some overtime possible and a salary range of $55,000–$65,000 per year based on experience.

You will handle sales support, project coordination, and customer communication, ensuring a seamless handoff from inquiry through installation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project management or customer service.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Geographic knowledge of the service area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and qualify incoming sales calls and inquiries.
• Assign and dispatch leads to Comfort Consultants following established processes.
• Assist the Sales Manager with lead management and pipeline coordination.
• Coordinate financing close-out documentation with customers.
• Open sold jobs and enter them into ServiceTitan.
• Create and maintain complete job packets.
• Verify job documentation before scheduling.
• Process permits and inspection requests.
• Coordinate with the Install Manager to ensure projects are ready for scheduling.
• Assist with warranty requests, including opening warranty jobs and scheduling warranty technicians.
• Serve as the primary contact from the time a job is sold through installation completion.
• Provide customers with scheduling updates.
• Assist customers with paperwork and financing documentation.
• Coordinate communication between customers, Sales, Installation, and the office to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate project records.
• Monitor project progress.
• Assist with weekly sales and installation reporting, including sales, lead closing, lead source, referral, and warranty reports.
• Participate in Sales and Production meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and communicate workflow concerns to department leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project management, customer service, call taking, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Geographic knowledge of the service area preferred.
• Industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred but not required.

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Some overtime may be required
