You’ll build pipelines, conduct screens, and partner with hiring managers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, with base salary plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Entry-level recruiting role with hands-on mentorship.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, customer service, hospitality, sales, or leadership preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS/CRMs, or sourcing tools is a plus.
• Total First-Year Earnings: $62,000–$75,000 (base + bonuses).

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute full-cycle recruiting.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and evaluate both technical fit and soft skills.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates.
• Use our ATS and sourcing tools to manage pipelines efficiently.
• Support credentialing and compliance steps post-hire.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership.
• Constantly look for ways to improve speed, quality, and outcomes.
