What You Will Do

• Manage daily scheduling across multiple clinical sites, aligning provider availability with patient demand.
• Coordinate services across specialties, including dental, optometry, audiology, and podiatry.
• Work closely with center staff to build accurate schedules while respecting each site’s workflow.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with partner centers through consistent and clear communication.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for scheduling updates, changes, and issue resolution.
• Monitor schedule utilization, identify gaps, and adjust to improve efficiency and patient access.
• Communicate updates clearly with providers, field teams, and partner sites.
• Track no shows, cancellations, and reschedules to support data-driven scheduling decisions.
• Support day of operations by troubleshooting scheduling issues in real time.
