Comprehensive Mobile Care in Phoenix, AZ is hiring an Jr. Healthcare Recruiter – an entry-level role with full-cycle recruiting; you will learn, pitch, and close candidates while contributing to patient care via stellar hiring.

You’ll be measured on outreach, screens, submittals, and hires in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This on-site role offers a base salary with performance bonuses, plus full benefits and a clear growth path as the team scales nationally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, hospitality, or leadership preferred—quota-carrying sales experience is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Coachable, curious, and eager to learn
• Competitive mindset and a genuine drive to win
• Naturally empathetic with strong emotional intelligence

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute full-cycle recruiting
• Own a set of daily and weekly activity metrics—and beat them
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, cold calls, and direct outreach
• Conduct phone screens and evaluate both technical fit and soft skills
• Sell the opportunity, handle objections, and close
• Build long-term relationships with candidates
• Use our ATS and sourcing tools to manage pipelines efficiently
• Support credentialing and compliance steps post-hire
• Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership
• Constantly look for ways to improve speed, quality, and outcomes
