Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) in Phoenix is seeking an ambitious Recruiter to join our growing team. This entry-level role offers real ownership, hands-on mentorship, and a clear path to growth as you learn full-cycle recruiting from the ground up.

You’ll build relationships, manage high-volume outreach, and collaborate with hiring managers to place providers and support patient care. Base salary starts at $50,000–$55,000 with performance bonuses and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Entry-level recruiting role with ownership and mentorship.
• Learn full-cycle recruiting from the ground up.
• Must be coachable and organized; strong communication skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Learn and execute full-cycle recruiting.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct phone screens; evaluate technical fit and soft skills.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates; manage pipelines with ATS/CRMs.
• Support credentialing and compliance steps post-hire.
