YMCA of South Hampton Roads seeks a Family Experience Leader to create a joyful, safe, and inclusive environment where children and families can play, learn, and grow. This role provides direct service in Family Programs and ensures high-quality care in early childhood and drop-in spaces.

Under the Family Experience Director, you will assist in planning family activities, events, and holidays, while modeling YMCA core values and maintaining a positive, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet youth and families to build connections and make them feel welcomed and valued.
• Deliver safe, nurturing care in Stay & Play, Interactive Zone and other drop-in spaces.
• Assist in planning and delivering Family Experience programs, events and activities.
