About Hassig Companies
Hassig Companies is a Michigan-based plumbing contractor with aggressive plans to scale operations and revenue over the next five years. We’re focused on building a team of highly skilled professionals who are serious about their trade, take pride in their work, and want to be part of something long-term.
We’re not interested in high turnover or micromanaging. Our ideal plumber is someone who shows up prepared, handles business, and wants stability — not just a paycheck.
This is not a stepping-stone job. It’s a career opportunity within a company that’s investing in its people, leadership, and operational systems. We’re growing, and we want serious tradesmen (and tradeswomen) to grow with us.
Position Summary
We're hiring Licensed Journeyman Plumbers or Master Plumbers who can independently manage jobs from rough-in to final finish. Most of our work is commercial service, light new construction, and tenant improvements, with occasional residential jobs.
You’ll be expected to deliver high-quality results, communicate effectively with field leadership, and represent Hassig Companies with professionalism and pride. If you’re tired of chaos, disorganization, or not being valued for your skill and time — this is your chance to join a company led by people who actually understand the trade.
