Job description

As a CRM Specialist with deep expertise in Sales Operations and Revenue Management, you will play a critical role in aligning technical systems with business needs to improve operational efficiency. Leveraging hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce CRM and Oracle CPQ, you will manage complex support ticket workflows and act as the final escalation point before IT. You excel in cross-functional environments, using data-driven insights and strong stakeholder collaboration to optimize pricing processes, implement strategic initiatives, and enhance the performance of commercial tools.

How You’ll Make An Impact:
  1. Combine technical and business skills to review, evaluate, and understand existing processes, systems, and data with a view to improving operational efficiency.
  2. Create, organize, and support centralized processes, systems, and data related to pricing activities, enabling use of our existing tool stack (Salesforce CRM & Oracle CPQ).
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to implement strategic projects and transformational initiatives.
  4. Frame business questions with data, translating business needs into strategies, and executing tactics and process improvements.
What You Bring:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Work Experience: 2-5 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Sales, Revenue Operations, Pricing Management, or other relevant commercial functions.
  • Experience with supporting internal users with Salesforce and Oracle CPQ.
  • Data analysis skills, including working with large volumes of data—extracting, manipulating, cleansing, and analyzing.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary ranges from $64,500 to $129,400 USD, depending on location, experience, and other factors. Candidates in Canada will have localized ranges. Compensation includes potential for a variable annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
