Candidates must have completed a federal or state sanctioned line worker apprenticeship and hold a valid Class A permit; strong safety mindset, ability to work outdoors, and willingness to travel as needed. This role offers competitive hourly wages and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Federal or state sanctioned line worker apprenticeship completed with documentation.
• Valid Class A driving permit by first day of employment.
• DMV medical exam completed by first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Ability to wear PPE and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work in all weather and extended hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job locations within assigned region.
• Review job work requirements and provide input for the day.
• Load/unload tools, materials and supplies at crew HQ and job site.
• Lift, carry, and position insulators, cross-arms, equipment and cables.
• Climb poles, install and energize transformers, test voltage.
• Set poles, install underground structures, and splice/terminate cables.
• Operate hydraulic equipment and aerial lifts when certified.
• Maintain safety practices and attend mandated OSHA trainings.

Education

High School diploma, GED or equivalent

Line worker apprenticeship completion

Valid Class A driving permit

DMV medical exam
