MasTec Industrial is seeking an experienced Ironworker to install, align, and weld structural-steel members on industrial construction sites. The role requires operating hoisting equipment, reading layouts, and ensuring precise alignment and bolting of members.

Travel to different job sites is possible on short notice; the position entails long hours in varying conditions. Strong emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• NCCER Certification/License (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Ironworker role.

Responsabilités

• Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures.
• Set up hoisting equipment for raising and placing structural-steel members.
• Fasten steel members to the cable of hoist using chain, cable or rope.
• Signal hoisting equipment operator to lift and place steel member.
• Guide member using tab line or ride on member to position it.
• Pull, push or pry steel members into approximate position.
• Align holes and bolt members to secure position.
• Cut and weld steel members to make alterations.
