Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Manchester, NH is seeking a Clinical Specialist for Joint Replacement to support surgeons in both robotic and manual orthopedic procedures. You will assist with pre-operative CT-based planning, case preparation, system setup, and real-time workflows to ensure safe, accurate outcomes.

You will gain hands-on experience with Mako technology, implant sizing, and intra-operative support while developing expertise in instrumentation and OR protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR Associate degree with 4 years of professional and/or related experience OR High school diploma with 6 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Clinical experience (nursing, physical therapy, surgical tech, athletic training, etc.) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures through hands-on training.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning using advanced software.
• Support full case preparation, including instrumentation checks, equipment setup, and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room confidently and efficiently.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and cross-functional partners.
