Job summary

Stryker is hiring a Clinical Specialist to improve orthopedic surgeries worldwide from Princeton, NJ. You will gain expertise across robotic Mako SmartRobotics and manual procedures, supporting surgeons in pre‑op planning, case prep, and real‑time workflows for safe, accurate outcomes.

You’ll learn Mako CT planning, implant sizing and intra‑operative support while developing skills in instrumentation, OR protocols and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR Associate degree with 4 years of professional and/or related experience OR High school diploma with 6 years of professional and/or related experience.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Clinical experience in nursing, physical therapy, surgical technology, athletic training or medical scribing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures through hands‑on training.
• Assist surgeons with pre‑operative CT‑based planning and implant sizing.
• Support full case preparation, instrumentation checks and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff and cross‑functional partners.
• Provide on‑call coverage during evenings, weekends and holidays.
