Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support orthopedic surgeries worldwide, building clinical and technical expertise across robotic Mako and manual procedures. You will assist with pre-operative planning, case preparation, system setup, and real-time workflows to ensure safe, accurate outcomes.

In this role you will gain hands-on experience with Mako CT-based planning, implant sizing, registration, and intra-operative support, while developing proficiency in instrumentation and OR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional clinical experience.
• Associate or higher degree with relevant experience in OR or surgical settings.
• Fluency in written and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures through hands-on training.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning using advanced software.
• Support full case preparation, including instrumentation checks, equipment setup, and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues confidently and efficiently in the operating room.
• Learn and support workflow for daily account coordination, including inventory management and logistics.
• Collaborate with sales partners to ensure seamless execution and a unified customer experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree

Associate degree with 4 years of professional and/or related experience

High school diploma with 6 years of professional and/or related experience
