Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Clinical Specialist to improve orthopedic surgeries worldwide. You will build clinical and technical expertise across both Mako SmartRobotics and manual procedures, assisting in pre-operative planning, case prep, setup, and real-time workflows in the operating room.

You'll gain hands-on experience with CT-based planning, implant sizing, registration, and intra-operative support while developing proficiency in instrumentation and OR protocols.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in surgical settings.
• Ability to work in OR and adapt to fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
• Support full case preparation, including instrumentation checks, equipment setup, and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues confidently in the operating room.
• Learn and support workflow for daily account coordination and logistics.
• Shadow experienced teammates to understand territory dynamics and surgeon preferences.
• Participate in product demonstrations, labs, and education programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and cross-functional partners.
• Manage administrative tasks related to accounts, system updates, and case documentation.
• Collaborate with sales partners to ensure seamless execution and a unified customer experience.
• Complete required trainings, competencies, and certifications.
• Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
