Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to advance orthopedic surgeries worldwide. You will develop deep clinical and technical expertise across robotic (Mako SmartRobotics) and manual procedures, supporting surgeons in planning, system setup, and real-time workflows to ensure safe, accurate outcomes.

Roles include on-call coverage, continued education, and collaboration with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience per the minimum requirements.
• Clinical or healthcare-related experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning and implant sizing.
• Support full case preparation, including instrumentation checks and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room confidently.
• Learn workflow for account coordination, inventory management, and logistics.
• Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
