Job summary

Stryker's Clinical Specialist, Joint Replacement in the Boston area combines hands-on support for robotic Mako SmartRobotics and manual orthopedic procedures. You will assist with pre-operative planning, system setup, and in‑theatre workflows to help surgeons achieve safe, accurate outcomes.

You0ll gain experience with CT-based planning, implant sizing, and intra‑operative support while building competency in instrumentation and OR protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Associate degree with 4+ years in related field accepted.
• High school diploma with 6+ years in related field accepted.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
• Support full case preparation including instrumentation checks and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room.
• Shadow teammates to understand territory dynamics and surgeon preferences.
• Participate in product demos, labs, and customer training events.
• Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
