Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to enhance orthopedic surgeries worldwide by delivering hands-on support for both robotic Mako and manual procedures. You will assist with pre-operative planning, system setup and real-time workflows to ensure safe, accurate outcomes in a fast-paced OR environment.

Responsibilities include case coverage, troubleshooting, account coordination, inventory management, and training delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience.
• Associate degree with 4 years of professional and/or related experience.
• High school diploma with 6 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing and positioning.
• Support full case preparation, including instrumentation checks and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room with confidence.
• Learn workflow for account coordination, inventory management and logistics.
• Shadow team members to understand territory dynamics and surgeon preferences.
• Participate in product demonstrations, labs and trainings for customers.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff and cross-functional partners.
• Manage administrative tasks related to accounts, updates and case documentation.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless execution and customer experience.
• Complete required trainings, competencies and certifications.
• Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends and holidays.
