You’ll gain comprehensive training in selling individual insurance and building a holistic financial practice, with mentorship and real-world exercises to prepare you to run your own business. The program offers an earnings path from $36,000 to $75,000 in the first year, a $1,000 completion bonus, licensing support, a solid benefits package, and up to 50% travel

Qualifications

• Obtain required insurance licenses prior to starting the job, with up to two attempts for Life and Health.
• Pass the CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing, with securities licensing within 24 months of entry into the program.
• Knowledgeable about insurance products and capabilities to build a holistic financial practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to provide holistic financial advice to clients and participate in goal setting sessions.
• Market Individual Insurance products to clients and pass a sales process competency test.
• Cultivate prospecting skills using personal networks, events and social media.
