Qualifications

• Licensing requirements to be obtained prior to starting.
• CRD/FINRA background check required at hire and ongoing.
• Securities licensing required within 24 months of entry.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of time in the local metro area.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to provide holistic financial advice to clients.
• Contribute to classroom discussions, goal setting, and progress reviews.
• Gain direct sales experience marketing Individual Insurance products.
• Cultivate prospecting skills via networks, events, and social media.
• Understand product offerings and demonstrate features/benefits.
• Oversee content, proposals and paperwork flow through field and Home Office.
