Job summary

Mutual of Omaha is launching an Accelerator Program for Financial Representative Trainee in the Tampa area. The program combines self-study, hands-on projects, and mentorship to prepare you for selling Individual Insurance and building a financial practice.

You will gain direct sales experience, receive coaching, and may qualify for promotions and a $1,000 bonus after trainee completion. Travel up to 50% is required, with a goal of licensing within 24 months.

Qualifications

• Must obtain insurance licenses prior to starting.
• CRD/FINRA background check clearance required.
• Willing to travel up to 50% within the local metro area.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive program to develop skills for holistic financial advice.
• Gain direct sales experience marketing Individual Insurance products.
• Cultivate prospecting skills via networks, events, and social media.
• Acquire deep understanding of product offerings and benefits.
• Manage content, proposals and paperwork through field and Home Office.
