You will join a structured trainee experience that builds the skills to sell Individual Insurance products and develop a sustainable financial practice, with mentorship and hands-on projects guiding your progress toward running your own business.

The program offers earnings potential from $36,000 to $75,000 in the first year, with uncapped incentives after completing training.

Qualifications

• Obtain the required insurance licenses before starting.
• Pass CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing.
• Securities licensing required within 24 months of entry into the program.

Responsibilities

• Develop holistic financial advice for clients and participate in classroom discussions, goal setting, and progress reviews.
• Gain direct sales experience marketing Individual Insurance products to clients and pass a sales process competency test.
• Cultivate prospecting skills via research, targeting, networking, and social media.
• Acquire in-depth understanding of product offerings and demonstrate their features and benefits.
• Oversee completion of content, proposals and paperwork flow through the field and Home Office during underwriting.
