Job summary

Mutual of Omaha is seeking energetic individuals to join its Accelerator Program as Financial Representative Trainees. You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and a path to build a holistic financial practice while selling Individual Insurance products.

You'll earn from $36,000 to $75,000 in your first year with uncapped incentives after training and a $1,000 bonus upon promotion to Financial Representative.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and goal oriented enough to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses and pass background checks.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the local metro area.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to provide holistic financial advice to clients and participate in goal-setting sessions.
• Gain direct sales experience marketing Individual Insurance products and complete a sales process competency test.
• Cultivate prospecting skills through personal networks, events, and social media to generate clients.
• Understand our product offerings and demonstrate their features and benefits.
• Oversee content, proposals and paperwork through the application and underwriting process.
