Job summary

Mutual of Omaha is launching an Accelerator Program for aspiring Financial Representative Trainees. You will join a comprehensive training track to sell Individual Insurance products and build a sustainable financial practice while receiving mentorship and hands-on projects.

You’ll pursue required licenses, complete a structured two-year (or less) transition to an independent advisor, and may travel up to 50% within the local metro area. A 401(k) plan with company contributions is offered.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Direct sales experience in financial services is a plus.
• Strong networking and communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop holistic financial advice capabilities through the Accelerator Program.
