Job summary

Loyalty Staffing Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to support hiring from strategy through onboarding. This in-person role in Elyria, OH offers an hourly pay range of $16.50 to $17.00.

You will leverage recruiting tech to find strong candidates, run structured selection activities, and deliver clear recruiting reporting to the team. You will design recruiting strategies, craft job descriptions, and source candidates while conducting various interview formats and assessments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency)
• Experience with structured, competency-based, and stress-based interviews
• Experience with video, phone interviews and reference checks
• Organizing skills assessment centers (in-tray, work samples, psychometrics)
• Familiarity with ATS, CMS, HRIS and HRMS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Background and drug test required

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
• Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions and job specifications
• Conduct job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post roles to appropriate job boards, newspapers, and colleges
• Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees so they become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Produce analytical, well-documented recruiting reports for the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships throughout the selection process

What you will bring

• Strong ability to conduct different interview types (structured, competency-based, and stress-based)
• Hands‑on experience with selection processes, including video interviewing, phone interviewing, and reference checks
• Ability to organize skills assessment centers, including in‑tray activities, work samples, and psychometric and IQ/EQ tests
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Hands‑on experience with recruiting software, plus HRIS and/or HRMS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision‑making skills
• Background and drug test required
