Job summary

Parker and Sons in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Automotive Fleet Technician to inspect, diagnose, maintain and repair our fleet of light to mid-sized vehicles, prioritizing safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on fleet experience, current ASE A-Series certifications, and must bring their own tools with a clean driving record. We offer market-value compensation and a robust benefits package including PTO and health plans.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Fleet Technician to join our team and help maintain our fleet to the highest standards of safety and performance.

Position Summary: The Automotive Fleet Technician will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing our fleet of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, possess current A-Series ASE certifications, and be committed to safety and quality.

• Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Maintain detailed service and repair records for each vehicle in the fleet.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Utilize personal tools and equipment to complete work effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other technicians and fleet supervisors to prioritize and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Conduct road tests to ensure proper operation and safety of vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work On-Call Duty as needed.
