Jim Glover Auto Family in Tulsa, OK is seeking dedicated Fleet Technicians to maintain, inspect, and repair vehicles in the service bay. You will provide accurate information to the service manager and service advisors about vehicles processed for business purposes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Service Technician experience or equivalent.
• ASE Certification preferred, not required.
• A-level qualifications, including diagnostic, electrical and engine repair.
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Able to operate diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance per repair orders per dealership policies.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, A/C).
• Communicate with Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services.
• Provide time estimates for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Service Technician experience required
• ASE Certification Preferred Not Required
• A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
