Job summary

Jim Glover in Tulsa seeks dedicated Fleet Technicians to maintain, inspect and repair vehicles in the service bay. You will communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers about additional services and provide repair time estimates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Service Technician experience required.
• ASE Certification preferred not required.
• A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair.
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to learn new technology and work with diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed of additional services.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities
