Job summary

Parker and Sons in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Automotive Fleet Technician to inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair our fleet to the highest safety and performance standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on automotive experience, current A-Series ASE certifications, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check; you must supply your own tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Current A-Series ASE certifications required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must supply own tools and toolbox.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass background check.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of fleet vehicles, including light to mid-sized trucks and vans.
• Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Maintain detailed service and repair records for each vehicle in the fleet.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Utilize personal tools and equipment to complete work effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other technicians and fleet supervisors to prioritize and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Conduct road tests to ensure proper operation and safety of vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work On-Call Duty as needed.

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Fleet Technician to join our team and help maintain our fleet to the highest standards of safety and performance.

Position Summary The Automotive Fleet Technician will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing our fleet of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, possess current A-Series ASE certifications, and be committed to safety and quality.
