Qualifications

• Experience in case management or job development is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate individualized employment plans and services.
• Must meet background check and security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops individualized employment plans with each participant.
• Conducts employability assessments and identifies barriers to employment.
• Provides career counseling and coordinates job skills training.
• Develops relationships with local employers and facilitates interviews.
• Maintains documentation and tracks progress for reporting purposes.
