Responsibilities include career counseling, job coaching, arranging interviews, and building relationships with local employers to secure outcomes. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, with a high school diploma or GED required.

• Must pass fingerprint clearance and background checks.
• Ability to work with diverse, potentially challenging clients.
