Job summary

On-site role focused on counseling, interview coordination, and building employer partnerships for lasting placements. Requires a high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred and bilingual English/Spanish is valued.

Qualifications

• Fingerprint clearance and background check required.
• Ability to work with challenging clients in demanding situations.
• High school diploma required; 18+ years old.
• 1 year of experience in case management or as a job developer.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience; US Armed Forces veteran strongly preferred; bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develops an individualized employment plan for each participant.
• Performs employability assessments including barriers to employment.
• Writes detailed employment plans with clear goals and referrals.
• Develops a service plan for each participant and conducts comprehensive screenings with veterans.
• Provides career counseling and job coaching, including labor market trends.
• Arrange interviews with employers and assist with job readiness skills and interview preparation.
• Builds relationships with local employers to create long-term placement opportunities.
• Coordinate with job skills resources and agencies to ensure access to services.
• Monitor progress and report outcomes regularly.
