Bergmeyer in Boston is seeking a driven Architectural Designer with a Professional Degree in Architecture and 3+ years of design office experience. The role emphasizes collaborative design, coordination with consultants, and delivering detailed construction documents.
You will participate from concept through Construction Administration, travel for site visits, and uphold Bergmeyer’s standards for quality and client-focused outcomes.

Employees are expected to work out of our office 3+ days a week, consistent with Bergmeyer’s Flexible Work Policy.
The base annualized salary is estimated to be between $64,480- $74,880 annually ($31.00- $36.00 per hour), contingent on relevant experience, plus a variable bonus and benefits. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
