Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture required; licensure preferred.
• 5–7 years of design office experience with detailing of new construction projects, including building envelope.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Enscape, Miro, and OneNote is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graphically communicate ideas quickly with strong technical build knowledge.
• Act as primary day-to-day technical lead, coordinating with consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support project managers in maintaining schedule, deliverables, and team alignment.
• Participate in full design process from concept through Construction Administration as a project team member.
• Demonstrate ability to handle fast-paced technical projects.
• Maintain strong organizational skills across activities.
• Conduct site surveys, code analysis, and ensure accessibility and local jurisdiction compliance.
• Prepare design development and construction document packages with the team, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
