Helzberg Diamonds in National Harbor, MD is seeking Retail Sales Associates to consistently achieve personal sales goals while delivering superior customer service and a polished in-store experience.

You will generate sales through clienteling, present features of extended warranties, handle merchandising tasks, and work as a team to overcome objections and close additional sales; a high school diploma and 1–3 years jewelry retail experience are required, with evenings, weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in a retail setting.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in jewelry retail is a plus.
• Experience selling in a commission environment preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
